Suffix: Speech Therapy Trainer: Correction of Dysorthography

Delay in speech development leads to difficulties in mastering the school curriculum in the Russian language, ultimately resulting in dysorthography. The manual presents a step-by-step work aimed at understanding the word-forming and meaningful role of the suffix, as well as... mastering the meanings and spellings of the most commonly used suffixes. The trainer helps develop skills: • highlighting the meaningful parts of the word: root and suffix; • forming new words with the help of suffixes. The manual is intended for speech therapists, primary school teachers, additional education educators, and interested parents. It can be used for group and individual classes in elementary school. The tasks and exercises are aimed at correcting the lexical-grammatical structure of speech and preventing dysorthography.
