Root word: speech therapy trainer: correction of dysorthography

Delay in speech development leads to difficulties in mastering the school curriculum in the Russian language, ultimately resulting in dysorthography. The manual presents a step-by-step approach aimed at understanding concepts: related words with the same root, words with homonymous roots,... consonant alternation in the root of the word, word form, compound words. The trainer aids in developing skills: • identifying the main meaningful part of the word - the root; • differentiating related words and words with homonymous roots; • selecting related words to clarify the spelling of unstressed vowels and paired consonants in the root of the word. The manual is intended for speech therapists, primary school teachers, educators of additional education, and interested parents. It can be used for group and individual classes in primary school. The tasks and exercises are aimed at correcting the lexical and grammatical structure of speech and preventing dysorthography.
