The little dinosaurs lived peacefully on their island in the middle of the ocean and went for walks on their favorite beaches and to other wonderful places every day. But then something unexpected happened: a small mountain in the middle... of the island turned out to be a volcano, and a very active one at that! The volcano erupts and floods the little island with streams of lava, while the little dinosaurs run from it and try to find each other. Help them meet!About the Game"Dino Island" is a children's tabletop game developed in Russia by the publishing house "Magellan". It is simple and interesting, and it also teaches young players to work together, as they have one common condition for victory: to achieve six necessary meetings of specific two dinosaurs in a specific place on the island, despite the streams of lava.How to Play?Throughout the game, the dinosaur helpers perform three main actions: they roll the dice to determine whether there will be an eruption; they find out where the lava stream will go by throwing a crystal into a paper volcano; and they move the dinosaur tokens to suggest to the little island residents where to go to meet their friend.Who Won?At the beginning of the game, everyone receives six common meeting cards (example - in the picture above), which will show where and who should meet. Once the conditions of all six cards are met, the players win. Yes, all together! And if the lava tokens run out, then everyone loses.
