Chiaki is a lonely young woman who works as a sales agent. On the outside, she seems confident and successful, but in reality, Chiaki is a terrible slob. Her home is so cluttered that she has lost hope of inviting... friends over for tea. The girl suffers from her lifestyle but feels unable to change it.
Everything changes when the handsome neighbor makes a remark about the trash left on the balcony. Chiaki decides to prove to him, and most importantly to herself, that she is capable of change. For that, she needs the help of a professional. This is how she meets Marie Kondo, whose revolutionary cleaning method helps the heroine bring order to all areas of her life, including work and relationships.
