What could be more interesting and exciting than children's games? Especially when the place for them is a real pirate ship! But even a little pirate needs sleep and rest at night before the next day, which he will once again fill with joyful games. A lullaby from dad will come to the rescue. However, the more interesting the stories sung in the lullaby, the harder it is to fall asleep. This problem is familiar to any father, whether he is an artist or a pirate.

Artist Anton Lomaev created and illustrated "Lullaby for a Little Pirate" for his children. However, this book has also found its place in the hearts of many other readers, not only in Russian but also in Japanese, going through several editions.

"Lullaby for a Little Pirate" received the "Image of the Book" award at the MMWC in the "Author's Book" nomination; became a laureate of the "My Like. Book of the Year" award in the "Children's Book" nomination, entered the top list of the best children's books according to the expert council of the non/fiction exhibition; made it to the shortlist of the Annual National Contest "Book of the Year" in the "Together with the Book We Grow" nomination; received the "Golden Apple" award at the international competition of illustrations for children's and youth books in Bratislava.
