  • – ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the contract;

  • – sending messages about order status and contract execution;
  • – preventing fraud;
  • – administering purchases, payments and orders;

Processing of Personal Data

• 1. SIA “KORS N” processes Client data using modern technologies, taking into account existing privacy risks and available organizational, financial and technical resources.
• 2. To ensure high-quality and prompt fulfillment of obligations under the contract with the Client, SIA “KORS N” may authorize its partners to perform individual actions for delivery of goods or provision of services (e.g. delivery, leasing, sending commercial messages). Such partners process personal data as data processors:
  • (a) IT service providers;
  • (b) email delivery service providers;
  • (c) providers of personalized marketing messages;
  • (d) accounting and legal service providers.
• 3. Partners will comply with data protection requirements under Data Processing Agreements and will not use data for other purposes.
• 4. SIA “KORS N” does not disclose personal data to third parties except:

• – the agreement with the Client is valid;
• – third-party regulations or the Client can exercise legitimate interests;

• – the Client's consent to processing is valid, unless another basis exists;
• – We store data no longer than necessary; storage periods based on law, consent or legitimate interests;
• – Data will be deleted no later than one month after revocation of consent; thereafter data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
