Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, better known as Lewis Carroll, was an English writer, mathematician, philosopher, logician, deacon, and photographer. In his youth, he entered the college at Oxford University, where he later began to give lectures. Even during his studies, he... wrote poetry and short stories, which he signed with the pen name "Lewis Carroll". His most famous works are "Alice in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking-Glass".
"Alice in Wonderland" is a tale about a girl named Alice who falls into an imaginary world and meets many strange creatures. The book is considered one of the best examples of literature in the genre of absurdity. It is filled with philosophical jokes and allusions.
