Prepare for the season – the player moves to the next round-season, while players do not wait for each other and can continue the game at their own pace, adhering to their strategy. When to transition further depends only on you, but remember that at the end of the fourth season, the game ends for you.
A player's turn ends when they can no longer or do not want to perform a new action. They no longer participate in the game but only watch the remaining players. Eventually, all players finish and tally their points. The winner receives the Everdell victory card!
The game also offers you a set of rules for solo play.
