How to play?
Each player takes on one of the main roles (distributed randomly), which will determine their goal in the game, as well as tactics and abilities.
There are four different roles in the game. Darth Vader, who must identify and kill all the rebels, as well as the bounty hunter, in order to make the Empire the only power in the Galaxy. The Imperial Stormtroopers must protect Darth Vader at all costs – they are loyal servants of the Empire and have one goal. Rebels need to defeat Darth Vader, risking their own lives for the good of the Alliance. The Bounty Hunter – is on their own, they need to survive the impending brawl!
The intrigue and tension come from the fact that the players' roles are kept secret, with the exception of Darth Vader's role – everyone knows him. Besides character cards, players also receive ability cards – which are kept face-up and define special abilities – there are more than 10 of these cards, so each subsequent game of "Bang! Star Wars" will differ significantly from the previous one.
Who won?
The game ends in one of the following cases:
Darth Vader's defeat. If only the bounty hunter remains in the game, they win; otherwise, the rebels win.
The Empire triumphs. If all rebels and the bounty hunter are eliminated from the game, Darth Vader and the Imperial Stormtroopers win.
