A traditional Russian game known to everyone. Thanks to its simple rules and excitement, this game has gained immense popularity and stands alongside such pastimes for a large fun company as dominoes and cards.
CARDS AND BARRELS
The game uses 90 barrels. Each barrel has its number printed on both sides. All barrels are placed in a special opaque bag and thoroughly mixed before the game starts. The game card consists of three rows, each containing 9 cells, 5 of which are occupied by numbers. The empty cells are not intended for the game.
GAME PREPARATION
There are 2 versions of the game. The first, shorter one, consists of the player who closes all 5 numbers in any one row on the game card first winning. In the second version of the game, the winner is the one who first closes all numbers on their card.
Before the game begins, a host is chosen, who either participates in the game alongside other players or only leads the game. They are handed the bag with the barrels.
After this, each player takes one or more cards, ensuring the number of game cards is the same for each player. The number of such cards is agreed upon before the game starts. Players evenly split the markers. Then each player spreads their empty game cards and markers in front of them.
GAME PLAY
The host, without looking, takes one barrel from the bag and loudly and clearly announces its number, then sets the barrel aside. With each announced number, there is one less barrel in the bag.
After this, each player checks if that number is on their game cards. Players must remember that if they have several cards, the same numbers may appear on them. If the number announced by the host is present on the game card, the player closes it (or them) with a marker. If that number is not present, the player waits for the next number to be announced.
Barrels are drawn until one of the players wins under the conditions agreed upon before the game.
The game will be more fun if participants use the old jargon of lotto players:
1 - "kol", 3 - "troika", "for three", 10 - "bull's eye", 11 - "drumsticks", 12 - "dozen", 13 - "devil's dozen", 18 - "the first time", 22 - "ducklings", 25 - "again 25", 44 - "little chairs", 50 - "flying", 55 - "gloves", 66 - "felt boots", 69 - "here and there", 77 - "axes", 88 - "grandma", 89 - "grandpa's neighbor", 90 - "grandpa".
END OF THE GAME
Once one of the players wins, the game ends.
We wish you good luck!
