And while the authorities are trying to fix the situation, you and the other players will attempt to restore order in the city by your own means.

In the game Hong Kong in the Dark, you can play a standalone game, or one of five scenarios of a larger campaign. Each scenario includes a solo mode. This game is built on the mechanics of action programming and territory control. You will lead teams of specialists and volunteer helpers to establish some semblance of order in the city. You will gather resources, perform a series of actions to achieve the objectives outlined on the goal cards and emergency plans.
