Refined and bleached linseed oil produced by the "Nevskaya Palitra" artistic paint factory (St. Petersburg) is used in oil painting to dilute oil paints. Only polymerized cold-pressed oil, 100% natural, is used. Great attention is paid to the quality of oil preparation at all stages: pressing, evaporation, bleaching, and filtration. The addition of linseed oil to paint provides significant advantages: the paint's spreadability, adhesion to the surface, and between intermediate layers are greatly improved. The paint also becomes less concentrated, more transparent, bright, and glossy. The drying time of the paint film is slowed down.
