Board Game - Garçon

"Garçon" – is a fun card game of memory where you need to keep track of what dishes are being placed on the table. Everything ingenious is simple: players take turns revealing cards, naming dishes, and thereby creating a long list of orders that they will one day have to repeat from start to finish! Easy in mechanics but challenging in execution (try to remember 20 different dishes!), this board game is perfect for a group of friends, family gatherings, and even the smallest players thanks to the simple rules, vibrant dynamics, and the benefits it offers, as it is an excellent workout for the mind and a way to improve your memory!

How to play?
Shuffle the cards and create a central deck, placing it face down in the center of the table. Now, take turns revealing a dish card and naming it aloud. Subsequent players and their cards increase the overall order. Try to remember each mentioned dish, as you will later need to recreate the entire chain.

At some point in the game, you (or one of your opponents) can announce "Garçon!" – then the other players will come together to recall all the named dishes within a minute. If the team succeeds, you receive a penalty card with a valuable dish (which will cost a lot of money!), if not – the total order cost is divided among the forgetful guests. Do you think that’s too harsh? It can get even more ruthless, as you may draw a chef’s card – it complicates the task and forces you to remember the order alone... In general, remember: your memory, speed, and ability to strategically choose the moment are the keys to victory!

Who won?
The game ends when there are five chef cards on the table. The winner is the one whose total penalty cards with dishes is the lowest – that is, the one who has "eaten" the least in the restaurant (and remembered the orders best).
