After contacting the yokai spirits, Kotoko and Kuro gained unique superhuman powers. However, for this, Kotoko had to give up an eye and a leg, and Kuro's personal life lies in ruins. Therefore, when Kotoko offers him to unite to fight against the renegades from the spirit world, Kuro has no choice, but Kotoko may have hidden motives… Then Kotoko investigates the mysterious death of former idol Nanase Karin, who now terrorizes the sleepy town of Makurazaka under the name Steel Nanase. But Kuro has disappeared, and with the threat of harm that Steel Nanase may inflict on the citizens of Makurazaka, Kotoko has to team up with Kuro's former girlfriend - Saki. And when Steel Nanase strikes again, the origins of Kuro's whimsical powers will be revealed.
