Wuthering Heights

One stormy evening, the resident of the Skvortsov estate visits his landlord – Mr. Heathcliff. He owns a gloomy estate called "Wuthering Heights", but even gloomier is his own story, into which the guest is destined to plunge: a tale of fateful love between a nameless young man, accepted into a noble family, and his half-sister Catherine Earnshaw.

In childhood, Heathcliff and Catherine were inseparable, but one day the girl had to choose: her poor friend with a dark soul – or a gentle, educated gentleman from a noble wealthy family. And the choice she made changed everything, for Heathcliff's obsession knows no bounds, and the bitterness of betrayal and thirst for revenge will poison both their love and the lives of several generations…
