Sventa

Maxim Osipov is a cardiologist, publisher, prose writer, and the laureate of several literary awards granted for short prose. His works have been translated into more than twenty foreign languages. "Sventa" is the most comprehensive collection of Osipov's novellas, stories, and essays ever published in Russia. In his prose, medicine, politics, theater, music, religious life, life in the provinces and in emigration, charity, and even chess coexist.
