The Mayor of Nizhny

Yuri Novikov lives an ordinary life until a mystical encounter with the mysterious Founder changes everything. After his initiation, he becomes the Mayor — the living embodiment of Nizhny Novgorod and the person responsible for the safety and balance of the city. Almost immediately, he faces a complex task: to unravel the mysterious death of the previous Mayor.

The investigation leads him to an invisible enemy and forces that operate in the shadows. The story combines elements of fantasy detective and mystical thriller: there is a hidden side of the familiar city, a constant sense of risk, and moral decisions that have significant consequences. Inside — not only the search for the guilty but also a journey to adulthood, where personal desires must be aligned with the common good.
