Beginning Violin Teaching

In the book by A.I. Barinskaya (1929-2006) - an experienced educator with fifty years of teaching experience in children's music schools - the methodological techniques for teaching children to play the violin are summarized and presented in a systematic manner. Given that the initial period of training is exceptionally responsible and determines the further development of the violinist, the author pays particular attention to the methodology of working with beginners. It is addressed to violin teachers, primarily to instructors of elementary classes in children's music schools.
