After a severe injury on the front, Captain Pakhom Rovny returns home, but civilian life turns into a nightmare. A random encounter with criminals awakens a strange ability in him - the power to briefly return to the past. This gift, called chronodiving, instantly attracts the attention of intelligence agencies, which offer Pakhom a dangerous undercover mission. His goal is to expose a large-scale corruption scheme in Siberia, where resource theft occurs under the guise of local authorities. On-site, he encounters the brutal murder of a fellow journalist and meets Anfisa, who is conducting her own investigation. Their cooperation evolves into something more, but each new step brings them closer to deadly danger.
