Judicial Expertise in Establishing the Fact of Use of an Industrial Design

This educational and methodological manual is the result of joint work by specialists of the Federal State Institution Russian Federal Center for Judicial Expertise named after Professor A.R. Shlyakhov under the Ministry of Justice of Russia (RFCSCE) and the Interregional Public Organization "Chamber of Patent Attorneys". The manual is dedicated to judicial expertise of intellectual property objects conducted in establishing the fact of use of an industrial design in a product. This work aims to fill the existing methodological gap in conducting such expertise.
