Kiriko's Crime Diary

Theft in a store, counterfeiting money, fraud, kidnapping, murder — which of these crimes will land you the longest prison sentence? Kiriko's entire life has been devoted to caring for her elderly parents. She never married, had no children, didn't build a normal career, and didn't save any money. Now she is seventy-six years old, and her meager pension and small job as a cleaner barely provide for a decent existence. For the last few years, Kiriko lived with her best friend Tomo, but after her death, the old woman is completely alone and fears she will die in total solitude. Accidentally seeing on television the care elderly prisoners receive in the local jail, Kiriko decides to urgently get behind bars. But which crime to choose?
