Chronicles of the Quartet. Overture

High school student Leon has a hard time adjusting to the move to a small town. His relationships with his family have worsened, and it's difficult to make new friends at school. Playing the double bass seems unnecessary. When girls from a newly formed jazz quartet turn to Leon for help, he finds it hard to refuse. The quartet is signed up for a school music competition, but it turns out that all three “musicians” are completely talentless! Leon is in complete turmoil and doesn’t know what to do: the shame of performing on stage terrifies him, but he can’t leave, as he has given his word. The only thing that keeps him from going insane is the punk-rock band The Red Hurricane. Their music is inspiring, the lead singer's voice is mesmerizing, but... they are the main competitors of the quartet in the upcoming competition.
