Family Guide. Navigator for Raising Children. Metaphorical Postcards

Before you is a set of postcards – a real help for a young mother. Each card is like a small guide through a real situation that every mother may encounter: on one side, a brief description of the problem or difficulty (for example, exhaustion after childbirth, anxiety for the child's life and health), and on the other side, clear solutions, discussion questions for two, and for self-reflection.

This project is a tool that makes psychology applicable: it provides concrete steps, helps understand oneself and one's child, restores one's resources, reduces tension, and makes motherhood clearer and softer. It will suit all mothers – both those who have just given birth and those who have been on maternity leave for a long time, and even those who are preparing for the birth of a baby – because forewarned is forearmed, armed with knowledge and skills.
