Molly is traveling to an abandoned village to fulfill the last wish of her patient and to ask for forgiveness from her aunt Mary. The mourning ribbons on the gates indicate that the aunt has died. A downpour forces Molly to make the decision to spend the night in the deceased's house. Just as the storm is at its peak, a stranger knocks on the door.
