The Lovelorn Captain

Sara Fisher spent her whole life in a small African village, where she helped her parents bring the Christian faith to the natives. Marten Bouchard spent most of his life at sea, trying to escape his own past. The pious missionary and the arrogant pirate captain were not supposed to meet, but when Dutch slave traders kidnapped all the villagers along with Sara, it was Marten who rescued the girl from captivity. Superstitious sailors fear a woman's presence on board, but with each passing day, Sara gains more and more trust from the crew and occupies the captain's thoughts and feelings. But is there even a future in which a pirate and a missionary can be together?
