The school festival is relentlessly approaching, and the members of the Neighbor Club still haven't decided what they will do there, panicking as they go through various options. By chance, they learn that the class where Kobato, Kodaka's younger sister, studies will be shooting a film, and they decide to do the same. But before they start shooting, they first need to come up with and write a script, as well as allocate roles. And as it turns out, that's not as easy as it seems!
