Qigong Chan-Mi-Gong

"Chan-Mi-Gong Qigong" is the first book in Russian that describes the Chan-Mi-Gong school ("secret art of Chan Buddhism"). This system was transmitted secretly for 1500 years and was opened to the public in the 1980s.
