And There Will Be No Death! Russian Cosmists on Immortality

21st century. The number of satellites launched into low Earth orbit since the beginning of the 'space' era is approaching eight thousand. The colonization of the Moon and Mars is a matter of time and technology. But what will we bring with us to other planets? Our unresolved problems? The emptiness of mechanical existence?

Now is the time to turn to the experience of our great predecessors - Russian cosmists, whose philosophical teachings combined not only groundbreaking scientific concepts but also spiritual practices. The desire to understand the mysteries of the Universe, determine humanity's place in the infinite eternal, ethical and practical questions of resurrection and immortality occupied many thinkers: from the fantasists and philosophers of the 19th century to the 'father' of Russian cosmonautics Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. 

Our collection includes both well-known authors (Vladimir Odoevsky, Nikolai Fedorov, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Valery Bryusov) and those whose names are unjustly forgotten (Alexander Bogdanov, Alexander Yaroslavsky, Alexander Svyatogor, and Pyotr Loginov).
