The author of the manual is Marina Moskalenko, head of the Department of Chinese Language and senior lecturer at the Institute of Eastern Countries.

This manual includes all the words that are part of the HSK 1 and HSK 2 lists. Each word is accompanied by a special form for practice, which allows you to train the writing of that word. In addition, the manual discusses the order of strokes in each character of the word.

The workbook contains 504 words with translations and practice sheets. To pass HSK 1, it is necessary to study 300 words, and to pass HSK 2, an additional 204 words must be mastered (a total of 504).
