Full-Length Portrait. A Play Platform for Individual and Group Psychological Work Using Metaphorical Cards

Before you is a platform that allows conducting individual consultations and group psychological sessions in a playful form. At its core lies the metaphor of a person's image and their inner world. The essence of the game process consists of creating a portrait from metaphorical cards and cards with words. This can be a self-portrait, a portrait of a person, or even a group of people, an organization, etc. The games are designed for people of different ages, starting from adolescence. Various game options are described in the methodological guide. In psychological games, of course, there are elements of intrigue and competition, but their main essence is not in determining a winner, but in reflecting on oneself, one's characteristics, desires, and possibilities:

• - who am I? 
• - What was I like, what am I like now, and what can I be like? 
• - With which person do I feel good, and with which person do I feel bad? 
• - What do I need and who do I need? 
• - How can we reach a unified decision in the organization? 

The set includes:

• - a methodological guide.

For the game, you will need:

metaphorical cards with images approximately size 70×100 mm;

narrow cards with words approximately size 35×100 mm.

The game can be played by people of different ages, starting from adolescence. It can take place in group or individual formats.
