Irreparable

With a book of fresh poems, Veronika Dolina welcomes the new year 2026.

This is a chronicle of the recently experienced two to three years, strict like black-and-white photos.

But, as we know, the poet and musician Dolina activates secret mechanisms: the poems are eager to come to life, the events are ready to happen.

What is written is practically impossible to correct.

What has been experienced is impossible to reshape.

Although every poet insists otherwise—words are flexible, any step leads to sorrow or joy.

Indeed, words can gather in a special order… As if they are not in the hands of the poet, but belong to some unknown entity.
