Drawing and Perspective

In all art universities, the curriculum includes the study of one of the main subjects of the visual arts cycle – "Drawing". The quality of mastering the knowledge and skills of this subject directly affects the students' understanding of other subjects in the artistic specialty – such as painting, composition, decorative and applied arts, architectural and artistic design, etc. The theoretical foundation and practical proficiency in drawing largely depend on knowledge of another important subject – "Perspective". Without their interconnection and interaction, it is difficult to execute a proper realistic drawing.
Therefore, students of artistic specialties are offered a tutorial titled "Drawing and Perspective." Its content aims at purposeful acquisition of knowledge and skills in drawing based on the laws of perspective. At the same time, the tutorial can be used by students of art colleges and children's art schools, as well as those who engage in visual creativity independently.
