Eleanor Skogen once lived as if in the shadow of her own existence. A fake name, no social media accounts, studying at a closed elite boarding school.

The only person who gave her a sense of real life was her best friend Lucas. But when he discovered that Eleanor was the heir to the leading cookie company KOSGEN in Oslo, he cut ties with her.

Almost six years later, on her first day at a new job, Eleanor unexpectedly encounters Lucas again.

But instead of the anticipated betrayal or alienation, Lucas offers a deal: he will help her if she, in turn, suggests a way to enter Oslo's elite society.
