Board Game - House of the Dragon

After the king's death, the lands sank into the depths of civil strife. Only a new ruler who rightfully takes the throne can unite them. In the board game «House of the Dragon», you will fight for the throne on the side of one of the four factions. Gather allies, win battles, enlist the help of enemies, and use the full power of dragons to unite the kingdom!

Objective of the game:

To gain the support of as many allies as possible. The player who collects the «Allies» cards with the highest value by the end of the game wins.

Game preparation:

Divide the cards into two decks («Battle» and «Allies») and thoroughly shuffle each of them. Place the decks face down in their respective spots on the game board. Set aside space for two discard piles next to the game board. Players choose their tokens and place them on the «Castle» square in the center of the board. The player who last watched a movie or read a book about dragons goes first. Then, play proceeds clockwise. If it is impossible to determine the order of play this way, players take turns rolling the dice. The player who rolls the highest number goes first.

Game turn:

On their turn, a player rolls the dice and moves their token the number of spaces rolled along any path. The player always stops on squares with cities, as well as with red and black dragons, even if they rolled a higher number of points. 

Depending on the square where the token lands, the player performs specific actions, which are detailed in the game rules.
