Shrimad Bhagavatam 4.1

«Shrimad Bhagavatam» (translated from Sanskrit — «The All-Beautiful Narrative of the Supreme Lord and His Devotees») was recorded approximately in the third millennium BC.

In this multi-volume work, Srila Vyasa Deva, its author, gathered together all the philosophical conclusions of the Vedas, thus «Shrimad Bhagavatam» is also called the «cream» of Vedic wisdom.

The Western world came to know «Shrimad Bhagavatam» through translations and commentaries by a representative of the Vedic tradition, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
