The Girl Who Searched for Magic

Izzy will soon be thirteen, and she dreams of magic. Those who possess it get good jobs, nothing like the one the girl has now. However, developing her abilities requires money – for school and for permission from the mayor's office. Without permission, you can't even start training. Izzy works at a boarding school where wealthy girls are prepared for the awakening of magic, being carefully instructed in all necessary actions. Izzy is angry – her abilities are far greater than those of most of the boarders, but they are destined to fade away. So the girl catches snippets of knowledge wherever she can, realizing that it's not enough. One day, a second maid appears at the boarding school, Emma. Her family has gone bankrupt, and the girl has turned from a student into a servant. Izzy sees this as an opportunity – Emma has knowledge! But she still believes that magic is not meant for the poor and is almost ready to forget her lessons. Gradually, Emma realizes that if she doesn't manage her work, she will end up in a terrible Workhouse. Therefore, she agrees to Izzy's proposal – Izzy will teach Emma how to be a maid, and Emma will teach her how to awaken magic. But will it happen that, thanks to these lessons, the girls will turn the world upside down?
