Aleksandr Tsyppkin burst into Russian literature in 2015 with the short story collection "Women of Unyielding Age," which, according to MyBook, took first place in the Russian popularity ranking in the "domestic prose" section. Subsequently, six more collections of stories... by the author were published, each of which became a bestseller. The total circulation of the author's books exceeded 500,000 copies. He is the creator of the literary-theatrical festival "Principled Readings." As part of the project, Tsyppkin's stories and those of other Russian authors are performed on stage by leading actors of the country—Konstantin Khabensky, Anna Mikhalkova, Sergey Garmash, Viktoria Isakova, Gosha Kutsenko, Pavel Derevyanko, and many others.
Tsyppkin's texts have also found their way into film: there are the series "Principled," "Ministry of All Good Things," "What Should a Woman Do If..."—this list does not end here. Aleksandr is a sought-after playwright: among his works are the plays "Lived. Was. Home" (MXAT), "Intuition" (Sovremennik, Shukshin Drama Theater), "People of Timely Views" (Krasny Fakel).
