Invincible Sun

Sol Invictus. An ancient Roman cult of worshipping the sun god, prevalent at the beginning of our era. Illustrious emperors with crowns of sun rays. Heliogabalus, Aurelian, Caracalla, Mithras, and Sol. What relevance do they have to the realities of the 21st century: the coronavirus pandemic, the fight against racism, virtual reality, feminism, and other pressing issues? Strangely enough, a thirty-year-old urban hipster named Sasha is set to find the answer to this question.

Her journey to the borders of reality begins quite prosaically: having received a generous gift of thirty thousand euros from her father, Sasha embarks on a grand tour of sacred sites. A few years ago, wanting to unravel the secrets of the universe, she visited India, where she received something akin to a sign from the supreme deity Shiva. Now this mysterious sign, like a compass, leads the young woman to the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, where she will receive further instructions and become the person on whom the future fate of our Universe depends.
