Ascension is a classic deck-builder that has become the foundation for many modern games. Before you are more than a hundred meticulously illustrated cards representing heroes, powerful constructs, and dangerous monsters, as well as plastic tokens and a game board for dynamic matches. Players build their decks using four factions, each of which offers bonuses and unique strategies. The mechanics have been refined over time – the game remains deep and competitive, yet understandable for newcomers thanks to its straightforward rules.
Your task is to play cards from your deck and acquire new ones, strengthening your team of heroes and artifacts. Combine faction effects to create powerful synergies, hunt monsters, and gather glory points. Create your unique tactics and play style by using internal resources and unlocking new opportunities with each card in hand.
