Etruscans. From Myth to History

The book by the famous historian, educator, prose writer, and translator Alexander Iosifovich Nemirovsky (1919—2007) explores the complex problem of the history of the Etruscans, who made a significant contribution to the formation of the earliest pre-Roman culture of Italy.

The problem of the origin of the Etruscans is examined in connection with the ethnolinguistic processes of the Aegean-Anatolian region and the migration of the Pelasgians and Tyrrhenians to the west.
