Larin and Dikon thought their brief romance was in the past, but fate had other plans, making the heroes the owners of an unexpected inheritance - a dilapidated building in Santa Cruz.

To restore it, the heroes are forced to join forces: Larin has the money, Dikon has the construction skills. But there are conditions: a sham marriage, renovations, shared profits... and no love. Thus, under one roof, not only walls are broken, but also emotional barriers.
