The Dark Flute of the Counselor

In the pioneer camp «Squirrel» a group of thirty people disappears without a trace. The evening before, sounds of a flute could be heard from the game room, and in the morning a message appeared on the wall of the dormitory: «AVEC QUE LA MARMOTTE».

The last person to see the children — counselor Anton Shaigin, a musician-flutist and the favorite of the entire shift. However, Anton cannot tell what happened: in the morning he behaves like a madman and continues to play on an imaginary flute.

The investigator who arrived at the camp Staev discovers that there were other frightening events preceding the children's disappearance. And the story itself mysteriously resembles an old case about dead pioneers…
