Out of Darkness

February 1901.

On the outskirts of Petersburg, the bodies of two workers with strange stab wounds are found. The great criminologist Apollo Lebedev and his reliable partner Rodion Vanzarov take on the investigation of this mysterious case. Witnesses claim that they saw a bodiless and faceless ghost near the corpses. But the detectives do not believe in the supernatural. Therefore, the first lead is found quite quickly: the killer was dressed in a black cloak and a tricorn hat. The steadfast partners must find out who orchestrated this bloody masquerade?
