The owner of a mysterious estate hires a young governess to take care of his nephew and niece, insisting that they should not be disturbed for any reason. Enchanted by him, the girl agrees to all the conditions and confidently takes on the job. But her charges behave strangely, and in the darkness, sinister figures of the former governess and the valet flicker. What is it: ghosts or a figment of her imagination?
