This book is about the honest story of a researcher in the field of personal growth, who has undergone over forty training sessions in various areas and spheres of life. A researcher who managed not to drown in the worldwide ocean of information on self-development, but learned to filter it wisely and choose the best. For conversations with the reader, whom I see as my friends, I chose a conditional format of letters. Letters to friends allow writing in simple language. Why did I arrange my letters this way? First in this book “The Course to Happiness: Navigation through 17 Key Areas of Life. Part 1” I write about the purpose and meaning of life, about the beauty of behavior, and then I move on to the beauty of the world around us. In the second part, I talk about the beauty that opens up to us in relationships with a loved one and children. I do this because, for one to perceive the beauty of the surrounding world, a person must themselves be soulfully beautiful, deep, and firmly stand on the right life positions. I will teach you, my reader, to navigate the flow of information, to notice the most important things at the moment, saving strength, time, nerves, money, and resources. This is indeed an acute problem of our time. The most important thing is you will learn to create stability in your life daily, despite any instability in the world.
In this book, you will find an analysis of the first eleven areas of life: personality, health and appearance, personal space, leisure and hobbies, personal and spiritual-moral growth, living conditions, relationships with partners, personal brand, finances and income. In the sections dedicated to each area, I will share experiences and knowledge, I will ask you questions and will ask you to answer them in writing. Try to write as openly and thoroughly as possible. This knowledge and honest answers to the proposed questions will help people who find themselves in a difficult life situation, who in the most tragic, turning moments of their fate want to hear not what they should wisely do, but what they should do that is uniquely right.
