Let everything burn

He is my husband. I am his prisoner. He calls me Jane. But that is not my real name. It has been seven years since my new home became a lonely farm in the endless fields. It seems that in... such a place a person should feel truly free. And yet I am trapped. No one knows how I ended up in England.
No one knows that I am here. My husband watches my every move: there are cameras all over the house, and the doors must always remain open. There are strict rules. They must be followed flawlessly, otherwise he will burn my treasures. 
I try my best to adhere to these rules, for he has had a wife before, another Jane, before me. And I cannot even imagine what happened to her. For a long time, escape seemed impossible. But something has changed. I have a reason to live and fight. Now I watch him too. And I wait.
