Stolypin

A documentary-historical novel about the Great Reformer Peter Stolypin (1862–1911), a bright personality, a man of tragic fate, who rose to the pinnacle of executive power in the Russian Empire, belongs to the pen of the famous writer and public... figure S. Yu. Rybas. In a free and documentarily justified narrative, the author correlates the problems of the early last century (terrorism, degradation of the ruling elite, party discord, etc.) with contemporary issues, revealing the spirit of the time.
