The Holy Tsar's Family

For a long time, the last Tsar's family of the Romanov House, based on the love and deep affection of Their Imperial Majesties, has been subjected to cynical and biased criticism from both the 'enlightened society' and the elite, as well as from close relatives. Since the revolution, the members of the Tsar's family have no longer been regarded as real people; an image has been created entirely based on ideological clichés. This book is an attempt to restore justice to some extent, to cleanse the real images of the members of the Tsar's family from ideological overlays, to reject the mountains of lies that have, for decades, obscured the pure, noble images of these slandered individuals. If we set aside all political disputes and ideological myths and look at the Tsar's family as real people, seeing them as individuals, we can ultimately change the very attitude towards the recent history of Russia.
The Holy Tsar's family deserves for their life to be dedicated to a real history, even more than a century after their death. Emperor Nicholas II Alexandrovich, Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, the Grand Duchesses Olga Nikolaevna, Tatiana Nikolaevna, Maria Nikolaevna, and Anastasia Nikolaevna, and the heir Tsesarevich Alexei Nikolaevich — all of them are remarkable individuals of whom Russia can be proud.
