Mysteries: Selected Articles from the Eranos Conferences

The «Eranos» Society — an interdisciplinary discussion club, operated in the heart of Europe from 1933 to 2006. The club featured prominent researchers in the fields of science, history, philology, and religion, including M. Buber, M. Eliade, C.G. Jung, I.... Prigogine, and others. Within the framework of this intellectual circle, annual conferences were held. This book includes articles dedicated to the theme of the 1936 conference — mystery cults.
