The game "Show-off" is one of those games. It is universal in nature. It doesn’t require any special conditions, just a fun company of at least three people. In addition,... this fun game not only boosts mood but also develops non-verbal thinking, helps children develop imagination and artistic abilities, and the time spent playing will be entertaining and engaging.
Your child will be able not only to recall the words they already know but also to get acquainted with new ones, significantly increasing their vocabulary.
The game is recommended for children over 7 years old.
Game components:
- cards – 64 pcs;
- hourglass – 1 pcs;
- rules.
Rules of the game:
Each of the 64 cards contains 6 levels of difficulty from easy to hard:
Level 1 – guess animals and professions;
Level 2 – guess what the person is doing;
Level 3 – guess the object;
Level 4 – guess vegetables, fruits, grains, and mushrooms;
Level 5 – guess cartoon and movie characters;
Level 6 – guess the proverb.
The guessed words need to be shown through facial expressions and gestures or described with words (but only if it is not possible to depict them).
Play in teams or each for themselves.
Cards used during the game are set aside until the next level.
In each of the 6 levels, the player who first scores 5 points wins, after which the game moves to the next level. And so on until the sixth level.
